In a strategic move to elevate Indonesia’s tourism, particularly in Sulawesi, BINA is in discussion to collaborate with Farhan Hiola, a seasoned expert in travel and tourism. There is a draft MoU that marks a collaborative effort to promote travel to Sulawesi and amplify BINA’s wider initiatives in business and tourism between Indonesia and the Netherlands.
The partnership includes the development of curated travel packages. In the first half of 2026, Sadjadah Travel will launch exclusive trips to Gorontalo and North Sulawesi. The second half of 2026 will see Jappa Jappa expanding the offerings to destinations such as Manado, Luwuk, Makassar, and Toraja. The initiative will harness BINA’s extensive Indonesian network, collaborating closely with Mr. Ferry and Mrs. Obin from Gorontalo to fine-tune logistics and traveler experiences.
BINA and Farhan will also co-promote flagship missions like the Dubai Economic Mission (DEM) and Indonesia Economic Mission (IEM), using digital platforms to reach global audiences. The partnership will culminate in joint participation at Vakantiebeurs, one of the largest travel fairs in Europe, spotlighting Gorontalo and Sulawesi as must-visit destinations.
