NICKY MANUPUTTY, SIL EN DAN ON TOUR
BINA B.V. proudly hosted an unforgettable music showcase featuring Nicky Manuputty, Tasilo Pieck, and Danny Dupont, accompanied by percussionist Norman Hutuely. Held at Kaleidoscope, Groothandelsgebouw, Rotterdam, the 1.5-hour event included mesmerizing live performances, docu-interviews with Nicky, and captivating readings from Tasilo’s book, “And Then It Was Silent.” This remarkable show was a highlight of the Nick, Sil & Dan Netherlands tour, leaving our audience with cherished memories.
AMSTERDAM COFFEE FESTIVAL 2023
We’re thrilled to be organizing the Indonesia Pavilion booth at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2023, where we’re handling everything from booth design to build-up and the opening event.
Our aim is to give Indonesian coffee the platform it deserves and showcase it to the international market.
We hope to open up opportunities for exporting Indonesian coffee beans to the European market, putting Indonesia firmly on the map as a top coffee producer.
FREE FROM FUNCTIONAL FOOD EXPO 2022
We took charge of organizing the Indonesia Pavilion booth for Himpunan Alumni – IPB, as supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Indonesian Embassy in the Netherlands, at the Free From Functional Food Expo 2022 in Amsterdam. This included designing, build-up, opening and providing local Indonesian welcoming dance, and we also managed after Expo business matching events. Furthermore, we facilitated product owner and entrepreneur match-making, where product owners from Indonesia pitched their products while enjoying a 5-course meal and the beauty of Rotterdam on RotterTram.

For Indonesia Fair event, we organized the itinerary plans for the Ground Handling of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise of Indonesia and their delegations during their visit to the Netherlands in September 2022. The itinerary collection that we proposed for the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise and their delegations were as follow:
Trip itinerary to: BNI Representative Office Amsterdam, 100th Anniversary Celebration of PPI Belanda, Minang Maimbau, Tong Tong Fair 2022, Pasar Kopi Amsterdam, and the ceremony of the new Lapek Jo openings in Den Haag.
Organizing accommodation, transportation, and restaurants for the delegation.
And we prepared all of them.
For the transportation service, we worked with local company that provides the vehicle service. And We arranged:
Pick-up service at the airport. For the various arrivals and departures of all the delegates and staffs
Mobilization service to the various delegation’s destinations.
As well as making sure vehicles are on standby at the correct points with correct type of vehicle.
We managed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while they explored the best of what the Netherlands has to offer.
BRI & Editor-in-Chiefs
We organized the itinerary for the Ground Handling team of BRI and Editor-in-Chiefs for the Indonesia Fair event during their visit to the Netherlands in September 2022. The itinerary collection as BRI & Editor-in-Chiefs delegations requested were as follow:
Trip itinerary to: BNI Representative Office in Amsterdam, the 100th anniversary celebration of PPI Belanda, Minang Maimbau, Tong Tong Fair 2022, Pasar Kopi Amsterdam, Factory visit, and Sekolah Indonesia Den Haag visit (for MNC and Kompas).

Just like the KBUMN delegation, for the transportation service, we worked with local company that provides the vehicle service. We provided:

Opening Ceremony of BNI Representative Office
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), widely known as BNI, has officially launched a representative office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Opening Ceremony of the New Lapek Jo
During the Indonesia Fair, organized for the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise and their delegations, we also organized the opening ceremony of the New Lapek Jo in Den Haag. The purpose of this ceremony is for the State-Owned Enterprise Minister, Bapak Erick Thohir, to open the restaurant as a symbol of the support from the Indonesian Government for Indonesian Business Owners in the Netherlands, followed by having lunch together at Lapek Jo, Den Haag.
TONG TONG FAIR 2022
Alongside the Ground Handling, we organized the performers’ stage for the Tong Tong Fair 2022, with support from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise of Indonesia. Our team practically became the local managers for the Indonesian performers. We finalized Artists contract agreement including all the riders, prepared and managed their transportation, accommodations and meals for the artists. We also provided the artists with dedicated Liason Officers to ensure a smooth and seamless experience throughout their time in the Netherlands. The impressive lineup of Anggun, Andre Hehanussa, Nicky Manuputty, and Angelo & Friends added an extra layer of excitement to the already vibrant Tong Tong Fair 2022.

ODICOFF
One Day with Indonesian Coffee, Fruits and Floriculture
ODICOFF was organized in Rotterdam on behalf of the Indonesian Embassy in the Hague and the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia on November 26, 2021.
The aim of the event was to introduce uniquely Indonesian horticultural products. 11 Letters of Intent were signed between Indonesian producers and Dutch importers.
