This initiative connects travelers between Indonesia and the Netherlands. As part of this collaboration, Dolanesia will support BINA’s clients in planning and arranging customized travel. The agreement outlines a comprehensive framework for the delivery of Travel and Tour Package Services, which includes airport transfers, hotel accommodations, visa services, car rentals, and travel insurance. These services will be arranged and managed by Dolanesia, ensuring quality, reliability, and a deep local understanding of Indonesian destinations.
In addition, BINA is also authorized to offer other travel packages beyond Dolanesia’s current offerings, further expanding opportunities for travelers seeking personalized journeys throughout Indonesia.
To ensure clear operations and mutual benefit, specific arrangements—including scope of work, responsibilities, and legal frameworks—will be detailed in supplementary cooperation contracts as needed, in accordance with the laws of both Indonesia and the Netherlands.
