Dr. ir. Pauline Boedianto, MSc. Arch. Joins BINA, Bringing Expertise in Urban Development and Social Advocacy

BINA is proud to welcome Dr. ir. Pauline Boedianto, MSc, Arch. as Program Manager to its growing team. Since earning her Master of Architecture from TU Delft, the Netherlands, in 1997 with a thesis on the restoration of rural slum areas in Kenya, Pauline has built an impressive career centered on social development and conflict resolution.

Her professional journey comprised of collaborations with various government bodies. In the Netherlands, she worked with Delft Municipality on rehabilitating deteriorating mass-housing projects. In Kenya, she empowered street children in Nairobi’s urban slums, and more recently, she partnered with the Government of Jakarta on the Muara Angke Integrated Fishers Village — resolving complex community conflicts in one of the city’s most challenging coastal settlements.

Currently, Pauline heads Shepherd of Nations, a movement dedicated to holistic development projects and improving living conditions for the urban poor.

With her extensive background in architecture, community engagement, and conflict mediation, Pauline brings invaluable insight to BINA. Her expertise will strengthen BINA’s initiatives in urban resilience, social impact projects, and collaborative partnerships — furthering the company’s mission to foster sustainable, inclusive growth between Indonesia, the Netherlands, and global partners.
