President Director of PT Jakamitra Indonesia, Benjamin Abednego, emphasized i-Sentra@Lamongan’s unique advantages. It boasts direct access to the port and the upcoming Lamongan toll road, ensuring smooth transportation and logistics for industrial tenants. Strategically located at an elevation of 30-120 meters above sea level, the area minimizes flood risks — a critical factor for long-term investment security. Abednego highlighted the availability of skilled labor, with competitive regional minimum wages of around IDR 3 million (US$185), further strengthening i-Sentra@Lamongan operational efficiency. Currently, the main tenant is Japfa’s manufacturing center, which produces aquaculture feed, poultry feed, and plastic sacks. Positioned within a key supply chain network to eastern Indonesia, i-Sentra@Lamongan offers proximity to rich natural resources supporting the food and beverage, agriculture, and fisheries sectors.
